At PrimeWay, we are committed to providing timely and efficient delivery of your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions concerning the processing, handling, and delivery of your purchased items.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order is placed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Verification: Once an order is placed, our team will verify all payment and shipping details. In cases of discrepancies or insufficient information, we will reach out to you via the contact information provided to clarify any issues before processing the order.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Below is an estimated range for delivery times based on the shipping location:

United States: 7-12 business days

United Kingdom: 8-14 business days

Canada: 7-11 business days

Australia: 8-15 business days

Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, extreme weather conditions, or other disruptions outside of our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and weight of the order. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in promotional offers or terms.

3.⁠ ⁠Tracking and Updates

Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This tracking number allows you to monitor your package’s progress from our facility to your delivery address. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update in the system after shipment.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive email updates throughout the shipping process, including:

  • Confirmation of order processing
  • Notification of order shipment with tracking details
  • Delivery confirmation once the order reaches its destination (if available)

Lost or Delayed Packages: Refunds are not available if the order has been shipped but has not yet arrived. If the order does not arrive at its destination within 20 days of the shipment notification email, you must notify us by email at EMAIL within 3 days (by day 23 from shipment) to report the non-arrival. If the order remains undelivered despite being reported within this timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4.⁠ ⁠Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: Orders shipped outside of United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

PrimeWay has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, or taxes.

5.⁠ ⁠Return to Sender; Incorrect Addresses

Return to Sender: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to re-send the order. Please verify all shipping details before placing an order to avoid delays and additional charges.

6.⁠ ⁠Non-Delivery Inquiries

Contact Information: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and the specified reporting window, please reach out to us at EMAIL. Please provide your order number and tracking information (if available) in your inquiry.
